Instructions
  1. Blend all sauce ingredients until smooth.
  2. Wok fry the eggs until they form a firm scramble.
  3. Add pork, prawns, noodles, 200ml water, and simmer for 2 minutes
  4. Add the sauce, the sprouts and lastly the coriander.
  5. Toss a few times then plate up.
